Vishoka Meditation

Whatever the reason you are being guided to start is practice, it is welcomed! As human beings we have many unique gifts, one of them is the desire to feel fulfilled. Human beings require inner knowing to be creative, vibrant and healthy.

Life is guiding us forward purposefully.

We can purposefully navigate life by assisting our neurology and biology to find a baseline through meditation. As you grow in your practice, the answers to your questions will grow, change and veils will be lifted. Each time we practice we gain of glimpse ofourselves from a deep place inside. We are addressing needs, but the fundamental is something primordial. We are aiming to recall, remember and rebirth what that is. Each of us has a different role to play. By meditating we gain clarity about what that need is.

Vishoka meditation is an experience, as well as a technique-driven practice. Our innate self-nature is joy. All pain and suffering is an acquired identity/experience. Vishoka is an experience of our intrinsic joy, free from all sorrow and doubt.
